UX would like to update the copy of the "compact tabs" setting:

> Compact tabs
> Arrange tabs in two columns in portrait mode

Tom, do you want to take this?

If you haven't updated strings before: We update them in android_strings.dtd and add a number to the string name. After that we just update the entity in strings.xml.in but keep the Android string name.

The fix was verified using latest Nightly build 53.0a1 (2016-12-28)with next devices:
- Nexus 5 (Android 6.0.1);
- Huawei Honor 5x (Android 5.1.1);
- Prestigio Grace x5 (Android 4.4.2).

Compact Tabs summary displays the next information: "Arrange tabs in two columns in portrait mode"
