Each locale name should be displayed in its own individual language.

Updated per email exchange. This is now custom content 2 renamed as 'Switch Language'. Looks like Michal is already all over it :).

I edited the custom content to use "original" language names. The result is that clicking a language drops you at the top of the content hierarchy in a chosen locale. I will file a separate post-migration request for a module that displays available locales on article pages (based on the connections made with the English article's ID, as implemented by Tyson earlier on.
