It's likely you mean the HTML emails (after HTML got the default). That's a duplicate of bug 896162.
For plain text emails, this is seems to be the first bug to date.

I meant both. I was using plain text emails and those links were not hyperlinked, when the default switched to HTML I noticed that they weren't hyperlinked in HTML emails too so I decided to finally file a bug.

For me the `See Also` in the HTML Emails is linked.

Maybe your email client is highlighting the link automatically, Thunderbird isn't (but it is for the other links).
