1324205 - Clicking on top sites sometimes does nothing

Fennec beta (51.0b7, but I've seen it on previous versions as well) on a Nexus 4. Sometimes when I start Beta and tap on one of the top sites icons, nothing happens. I get the audio feedback from Android that the click was registered but Fennec remains on the top sites screen and does not load the page.

Usually when this happens I just close Beta and start it again and it works fine. Today when it happened I tried opening other tabs and those were able to load stuff fine, so it seems like gecko is up and running fine. The tab with about:home still doesn't load pages, even if I type in the URL manually. It just shows a blank page or content from some other tab, then if I switch tabs away and back, it's back to showing the top sites screen. All the other tabs seem to respond normally.

I got a logcat using the logview addon but it doesn't have much useful-looking things.

I used to see this with old top sites but no longer see it after Activity Stream. Please reopen if you can still reproduce in 57+ with Activity Stream.
