Once Persona is shut down, we don't need its socketlabs account any more.  I don't know whether we still use socketlabs for other things, so it's not obvious to me whether we just need to revoke some access credentials, or whether we can cancel the entire subscription.  But it seems like there's almost certainly *some* action to take here post-shutdown.
I'll do this when I actually tear down all the rollback-ready stacks on Jan 3rd.

The socketlabs subscriptions for stage and prod have been cancelled, effective jan 16th. until that time we can still change our mind.
