build 2002031104 win32 (a.k.a. Mozilla 0.9.9)

If I go to "Manage Bookmarks", and perform a few actions such as making a new
folder a few times, these functions stop working, and some of the buttons along
the top toolbar (such as "Properties...", "Rename", "Delete") become gray.
