During the Lithium data import some usernames change to comply with Lithium's username restrictions. After the final migration provide a CSV with original username, new username and email of the user.

Hey Scott, thanks for providing the list. BTW we have "FIXED" for fixed bugs, INVALID is used for not something that false in the first place.
