Enable HTML editor for User Bio field
This is a core field that does not except HTML. Cannot change this.
Scott can you please clarify: 1. Are you parsing the HTML content we provided and convert it to your supported format? 2. Are you stripping out any HTML tags which are not supported?

This is sorted. Bio will allow HTML tags but not a RTE per OOB core component.
