Step to recreate: Submit the form https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/form.crm Error found: The title is repeated. Example: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1323582 Expected result: For the title to show up once. Code wise and in testing, I am not able to replicate this behavior (bug 1324567). Is it possible the reporter accidently entered the text three times in the Program Name field? dkl

hmm. so weird! I just forwarded you the email alert where it also has it duplicated. I dont think the user would duplicate "New" in the program name? Granted, this new incoming request didn't duplicate either: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1324889 So maybe we're good. If it happens again, I'll reopen this bug Thanks dkl!
