about:networking just says:
"This is very experimental. Do not use without adult supervision.
[x] Show this warning next time
[OK]"

This doesn't say anything about what the page is and what is going to happen when the user clicks "OK".

Is this the right component, though? Theme might not be watched by some folks who could give their input on this.

Please also update the design of the phrase,
it should look more like in about:config centered and with a padding/margin (and a max-width ?!).
Please consider using the Responsive Design Mode to find Glitches like in the about:config
(Warning-image disapears at some point and useless scrolling).
