From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.9+) Gecko/20020318 BuildID: 2002031822 Most of the time when message deletion is invoked from the Delete button in a discrete message window, the message in the window is deleted from the headers list in the three-pane window, but remains in the message window. The Next button or N key must be invoked to have the next unread message displayed in the same discrete message window. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1.In the headers list, double click on a message followed by other unread messages, to popup a discrete messsage window. 2.Press the Delete button. Actual Results: No change to message window. Message header disappears from the 3-pane window headers list. Expected Results: Message header disappears from the 3-pane window. Next unread message appears in the message window. Happens most of the time. Only infrequently does the expected behaviour occur.
Have not seen this for some time. Setting to WORKSFORME.

Using build 20020711 branch on winxp and linux, while message pane is collapsed, selecting messages from the Thread pane, double-clicking to bring up the message in a stand alone window, then deleting it will 1.) remove the message from the Thread pane and the stand alone message pane. 2.) move to the next message in the thread pane and display that message in the message pane.
