Details
From IRC:
<Subsentient> Soooo, Flash 24 was released for Linux after years on Flash 11, and now Firefox is complaining that this brand new version is out of date.
<Subsentient> I see you did a simple boolean test for what the latest version is, if (!strcmp(VersionWeWant, OurVersion)) rather than add up the numbers and allow for a release that's a higher version than the one mozilla knows about.

This is strange. Yesterday we deployed a blocklist update so that the new Flash 24 is the only "safe" version.
But prior to yesterday, I tested and didn't see any blocklist problems with the Flash 24 release.
Thomas, do you know whether this report is somebody who had the new blocklist or the old? And whether we can get their about:plugins data?

This person never reappeared on IRC, and I don't use Flash myself, so I'm going to close this for now.
