1. Go settings app and start screen casting to Chromecast
2. open Firefox

[EXPECTED BEHAVIOR]
Firefox is fully rendered on Chromecast, with URL bar

[ACTUAL BEHAVIOR]
Only web content area is rendered

URL bar is rendered on Chromecast at first, but soon will refresh with only web content. Settings menu is rendered correctly however.
