Attachment: Simple test case to trigger keyboard cover problem

I can use this simplest HTML file to trigger this problem.

* Use Fennec to open this file
* touch to give focus to Input field
* pinch out to scale page to original size
* touch any area to lose focus
* give focus to Input field again, now it cannot scroll to correct position and the keyboard cover the input field

After more inspection by that test-HTML-file, I think it brings more issues (maybe not directly relevant to this bug)
* It cannot always zoom properly
* If it zooms properly, it cannot scroll properly. (Usually has Y-axis offset, same height as top Toolbar)

Back to this bug itself, the Firefox-Account-page is inside of a iframe, I am not whether it effects anything.
