With things moved to S3, dev-stage01.srv.releng.scl3 is abandoned.
:nthomas gave it a once-over and doesn't see new arrivals, so, with concurrence, we'd like to decom this.  Happy to slow-roll it (leaving it down for a few weeks to make sure nobody misses it, before deleting it).

Proposal: turn it off 2017-01-09, 0900 PT; assuming nobody notices it missing, delete it 2 weeks later.

Notified in #releng.  Powered off, pausing for either gripes or final decom.

Deleted from DNS, Inventory.  Not in RHN (centos) or puppetdashboard.
Nothing found in puppet or zeus.  Will file netops cleanup bug for flows left behind.
VM deleted from disk, spreadsheets updated.
