1325329 - creationdate is null for all rows in mobile_clients

Looking into this, the job for mobile_clients [0] uses the wrong field name `creationDate`.
Per the docs [1] and prior validation [2], this should use the field `created`.

I don't think this is used for anything at the moment, so we won't worry about backfill.
