Top #17 of Nightly 20161218030213 on Windows, 11 crashes from 5 installations. The first appearance was 20161202030204, which seems is the regression from bug 1316075 but bug 1321969 didn't cover this one.

Yeah, this assertion is also incorrect for the same reason as the other one.  Bug 1319951 is getting rid of this.
