1. Open Browser Console
2. Open New Window if necessary

Actual Results:
Many error messages are shown in the Browser Console.
ReferenceError: event is not defined  browser-content.js:1772:1

Expected Results:
No error.

I pushed a backout of the original bugs that caused this issue, while I investigate a proper fix. Will close this bug when it makes it into central.
