1325649 - Autophone - failing to run jobs beginning 2016-12-22

Autophone began failing 2016-12-22. It appears to get jobs from pulse fine, and submits them to Treeherder in the pending state, however it fails to actually run the test after installing the build and fails to submit completed results to treeherder.

I did update adb yesterday attempting to fix an issue with a Pixel device. Perhaps that is the cause of the problems.

We are now at: Android Debug Bridge version 1.0.36
The previous version was: Android Debug Bridge version 1.0.32

That appears to be the issue. I installed Ubuntu's version of adb which is also 1.0.32 and it appears we are running ok for now. I'll watch a few builds to see how they do then will clean up by cancelling the old pending jobs and then backfilling the missing jobs.

I manually resubmitted the jobs and we should be ok now.
