talos-g3 runs only on linux talos-xperf runs only on windows7 we need to ensure these jobs are not scheduled on other platforms- it appears that they are being scheduled on try.

"at least it isn't trying to schedule xperf on every platform, so we've got that going for us", not "it is trying to schedule xperf on every platform" :)

thanks :philor. It is just g3. g3 is a job that has tests we only want to run on linux.
