the page just shows the top frame. The main frame has to containt a dynamic list
but is in Mozilla empty.
Compare it to a view in Internet explorer (5.5)

Steps to Reproduce:
1.just go to www.startpagina.nl

Actual Results: only the top frame is shown
Expected Results: also show that main frame with all the link lists as shown in
the internet explorer 5.5 (ald possibly other versions)
this a very populair site in Holland. everyone knows it!

With a linux 2002-03-21-08 build the page displays identically to IE 5.0...
