Details

When a login field is focused on an insecure page, the dropdown shows a warning and then below that the login username.

Pressing down should move focus to the first username, but it currently moves focus to the warning. Clicking on the warning only closes the dropdown. Since clicking on the warning doesn't do anything, and users may be used to specific muscle movements we shouldn't be allowing focus to move to this new menuitem.
Breaking the muscle movements for an insecure login form may not be a bad thing… Anyways we're working on a solution in bug 1319176.
