[Pontoon] The 'All resources' item is very useful. Why not move it to the top of the list of resources?

When switching between projects in Pontoon, using the 'all resources' item is pretty common (for example when searching for strings, translating, etc.). Having it at the far side of the drop down menu (at the bottom) makes it difficult to locate it, and some may even forget about it. Why not putting as the first item, so it will be the default item and easier to find?
That would break the familiar UI pattern used across the entire app: search box on top, followed by searchable items. But I see your point. As part of bug 1305281, we'll redesign the resources menu a little bit, to make it more obvious that it's not a link to a dashbaord, but instead loads a list of strings to be translated.
