Actual results:

add-ons not listed, TB is and crashing after edit taskbar.... 
the same for linux....

check tools | error console immediately after this. what exactly do you see

what exactly is "edit taskbar"?  do you mean customize?

yes customize (screenshot_12.png) after i close i can't use menu, everything freezes up...
(screenshot_13.png and screenshot_14.png)

same thing happens with linux packages....

does this reproduce in a new profile https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/using-multiple-profiles

You say taskbar, but looks like you mean Thunderbird toolbar. I have addons in toolbar and don't have a problem.

Does this problem happen with an English lanuage install in a *new* profile?
