lightning is re-activeted at all update of TB


Expected results:

if and when lighning is desactiveted : this is a choise !

It's been a long time since it's like this and even if you think it's not a bug in itself; It's really painful ... and that's why I mention it

Only proprietary software and malware active extension without consent!

What I am sure is that this coerce practice is very far from the spirit of free software ...
