1. Install https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/outlook-2013-blue/
2. Open url   data:,a   then navigate to   data:,b
3. Click on content area

AR:  Forward button looks 2px bigger than urlbar. There's no separator between identity block and url.
ER:  Forward button should be of the same height as urlbar. The separator should be visible.

Note:  Both observations are regressions, it seems. There's no sense in reporting them separately.

It seems to me that this is likely a bug in the https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/outlook-2013-blue/ theme, and should be reported to that theme's author.
