STR_1:
0. Disable e10s, if about:newtab opens in content process (because of another Print preview bug)
1. Open many tabs to cause overflow in tabs toolbar. Switch to the 1st tab
2. Navigate to about:newtab in that tab
3. Click Menu -> "File" -> "Print preview" (or click "Print preview" toobarbutton)

AR:
 Tabs toolbar scrolls to the end, then back to the 1st tab. Toolbars jump by 30px to the bottom,
 then back. Alert "There was a problem printing. The printer could not be found." shows up.
ER:
 Toolbars should stay still even if printer isn't found.

Given this in a non-e10s issue and non-e10s is not supported, I don't see us fixing this.
