0. Set classic theme on Windows. Reset zoom level on current page in Firefox (Ctrl+0).
   Switch window to normal (not maximized) mode.
1. Move button  [- | 100% | +]  to the end of toolbar, make sure there's no overflow button in toolbar
2. Decrease zoom level (Ctrl+"-")

AR:  The button decreases in size, so the rest of content in toolbar twitches horizontally by ~2px
ER:  The button shouldn't change its size. No twitching in toolbar
