1326700 - When I close tabs with devtools toolbox, sometimes browser shows me how toolbox closes

STR_1:
1. Open new Firefox window, open 5 tabs (total) in that window
   Load url [1] in 2nd tab, url [2] - in 3rd tab, url [3] - in 4th tab, url [4] - in 5th tab
2. In tabs 3-5 open Netmonitor, reload each tab 3-5
3. Select last tab, close that tab
4. Repeat Step 3 two more times

AR:
 When I close 5th and 4th tabs, first I see how devtools close, 
 then I see how browser switches to another tab. See screencast.

ER:
 When browser closes tab, and focuses another tab, the last thing user sees before said "another tab"
 should be originally opened tab with devtools closed. I.e. no additional blinking.

I was able to reproduce the issue on Nightly 49.0a1 (BuildID: 20160526082533), but not on the latest Nightly 53.0a1. As such I will mark this issue as Resolved - Worksforme.
If anyone can still reproduce it on latest versions, feel free to reopen the issue and provide more information.
