STR_1:
1. Open new tab, open inspector, expand all nodes in markup (Alt+Click on dropmarkers)
2. Resize markup-view to make it 400px in width or narrower
3. Scroll markup to the bottom, select the last selectable node
4. Switch to another tab and back - Ctrl+[, then Ctrl+]

AR:  Markup scrolls to the top
ER:  Markup should stay still

Note:
 1) Step 2 is unusual, but it makes STR reliable. It happens with a normal install as well
 2) It's one of a few bugs also happenning in Chrome. (Gosh, I became good enough to break Chrome)
