STR_1:
1. Open bookmarks sidebar, create new bookmark with Name "A" and location "https://ya.ru/"
2. Right-click on bookmark created in Step 1, click "Properties"
3. In properties window, select all text in the field Name, type "B"
4. Click on "Cancel" button

AR:  Bookmark in bookmarks sidebar blinks: in Step 4 it briefly shows name "B", then "A" again
ER:  No blinking

Note:  Same for bookmarks toolbar

all the bookmarks dialogs are instant apply, so this is expected atm.
