1. Open bookmarks panel
2. Right-click any item inside the panel
3. Click "Show your bookmarks" button

AR:  Bookmarks panel quickly hides and appears again, i.e. blinks
ER:  No blinking. Either X or Y
 X) Panel should stay open  (like other panels: Downloads, Share this page, Australis menu)
 Y) Panel should just hide w/o blinking, like it did before

I can't reproduce the blinking in 20160526082509 and Nightly 53.0a1 (2017-01-10) (32-bit) on Win10.
