1. Open scratchpad
2. Type "console.log ("____");" w/o outer quotes.
3. Place caret between "__" and "__"   [you'll get "console.log ("__[caret]__");"]

AR:  No tooltip
ER:  Tooltip should appear, as if there's no whitespace in text "log ("
