132717 - Images won't show a lot of the time

My girlfriend had 0.9.8 on her box and it was working fine.  I installed 0.9.9
over 098 and images were really relucant to show.  It would take a couple of
reloads for it to work.
I created a new profile for her and it worked fine.  I installed Netscape 6.2.2
tonight and once again, images in Mozilla aren't showing.

Kevin: using the same profile with 0.9.9 and netscape 6.2.2 probably screwed up
that profile. can you uninstall netscape and mozilla, then reinstall a recent
version of mozilla, and then create a new profile, and see if you still have
problems?

if not, please resolve this bug as WORKSFORME, or just comment again so that
someone else can. thanks for your help.
