>>>   My Info:   Win7_64, Nightly 49, 32bit, ID 20160526082509
STR_1:
1. Open any url, e.g.   http://example.org/#Unique20160728003708_Unique20160728003708
2. Click outside of urlbar
3. Right-click on the border of urlbar

AR:
 All text in urlbar becomes selected. Browser shows context menu of navigation toolbar
 (with items "Move to Menu", "Remove from Toolbar", "Menu Bar", "Bookmarks Toolbar", "Customize")

ER:  Either X or Y
 X) Text in urlbar shouldn't become selected if I accidentally click on border. I think it's doable.
 Y) Browser should show normal context menu related to selected text
   (with items "Undo", "Cut", "Copy", "Paste", "Paste & Go", "Delete", "Select All")

Note:
1) Explanation of X and Y.
   If I see that text is selected in urlbar on right-click, I (by force of habit) move mouse
   to the bottom by ~100px and to the right by ~15px to press "Paste & Go".
   I face this bug when I accidentally click on the border of urlbar
2) By the way, right-clicking on the right urlbar border (to the right from "Reload" toolbarbutton)
   also selects all text in urlbar. I never relied on right-clicking there, but this surely is buggy.

Currently we don't present a contextual menu on the border, that was changed months ago.
