132727 - Site not displayed properly - works in 0.9.9

The URL above (a Norwegian news site) displays the logo repeated eight times,
instead of a long page of headlines. I have no idea what is causing this, but it
seems to be a regression since 0.9.9 displays the site just fine.

This is on winXP, 2002032103. I believe the problem started with the builds from
a couple of days ago.

The page has a doctype that puts us in standards mode and has the following
"comment" at one point:

<!-- OAS AD 'Right2' begin --- -->

A few days ago comment parsing in standards mode got more correct and we now
parse this comment per spec (apparently we did not before):

<!--[this is commented] OAS AD 'Right2' begin --[this is not commented]- --[this
is commented]>

So the ">" is commented out, as is all the rest of the page.

To evagelism.  Just adding another "-" to the three already there would fix the
problem.
