STR_1:
1. Move zoom level toolbarbutton to tabs toolbar
2. Open new window, dock it to the left side of screen. Press Ctrl+"0" to reset zoom level
3. Open new window, dock it to the right side.
4. In the second opened window press Ctrl+"=", then Ctrl+"=", then Ctrl+"0"

AR:  Zoom level toolbarbutton in 1st window displays   100%,  then 100%,  then 120%
ER:  Zoom level button in 1st window should display    110%,  then 120%,  then 100%
No longer blocks: 1277113
