(for stupid triage discussions when people simply count number of steps)
STR_1:
1. Launch Firefox and restore previous session
2. Drag pinned tab by 5px
AR: There's a border at the right side of tab
ER: No border in selected tab
(detailed, reliable STR for normal people who don't pretend that Firefox does not consists of bugs)
STR_2:
1. Create and launch new Nightly profile
2. Open new tab, pin that tab. Open new tab, pin that tab.
3. Click Australis menu -> Exit Nightly
4. Launch the profile from Step 1
5. Click "Restore Previous Session" on home page that automatically opens in Step 4
6. Move mouse to the center of selected pinned tab, hold left mouse button, move mouse by 5px to left

I have tested this issue on Windows 10 x64 with the latest Firefox release (50.1.0), latest Nightly (53.0a1-20161119030204) and also on the Nightly specified by the reporter and haven't managed to reproduce it.
Marking this as Resolved - Incomplete due to the fact that the reporters account has been disabled and can't provide more information.
If anyone can still reproduce it on latest versions, feel free to reopen the issue and provide more information
