STR_1:
1. Click Menu -> Options.   [about:preferences will open; category "General" is selected]
2. Click "Advanced" category on the page
3. Press Alt+Left to go back to "General"
4. Press Alt+Right to go forward to "Advanced"

AR:  Step 4 fails because after Step 3 url "about:preferenes" navigates to "about:preferences#general"
ER:  After Step 4 "Advanced" category should be selected. (References: about:addons, about:debugging)
