STR_1:
1. Open many tabs to cause overflow in tabs toolbar
2. Scroll tabs to beginning
3. Triple-click right scrollbutton in tabs toolbar

AR:  Tabs scroll to the end, but after that, they noticeably twitch by 1px to the right
