Description

>>>   My Info:   Win7_64, Nightly 49, 32bit, ID 20160504043118
STR_1:
1. Open  data:text/html,<script>s='t';for(i=0;i++<90;)s+='t';document.head.setAttribute(s,0)</script>
2. Open inspector, expand node <head>
3. Resize markup-view to be as narrow as possible, but with closing bracket of <head> node displayed
   in the same line as attribute set by script.
4. Scroll markup to the very right (using horizontal scrollbar)
5. Hover mouse over the left ~3 pixels of closing bracket of <head> node.
6. Doubleclick.

AR: Attribute created by script switches to editing mode (see screencast)
ER: A new input field should open to allow me to create a new attribute

Note:
If in Step 5 I move mouse to the left by a few pixels,the result is just "new attribute isn't created"
This happens with any number of attributes, no matter how long they are (OBVIOUSLY).

This is regression from bug 796069. Regression range:

STR_2:
1. Open url   data:text/html,<body onclick="">
2. Open devtools -> inspector, click on the closing bracket of <body> in markup
2. Сlick on (ev) button near <body> in markup

AR: (ev) button teleports to the left right before click. Click fails.
ER: Event listeners tooltip should appear
