Summary says it all: this bug requests a shortcut that (only?) works in devtools tabs having
a clear button, and once pressed, it should do the same as clicking the clear button.
If somebody decides to actually implement such a shortcut, make sure it's documented on MDN.

STR_1:  (only for netmonitor)
1. Open devtools -> netmonitor, press Ctrl+R to reload this page
2. Press Ctrl+Shift+L

AR:  No visible action
ER:  Either X or Y
 X) Step 2 - All items in netmonitor should be deleted
 Y) There should be another shortcut to delete all items in devtools tab like console and netmonitor


STR_2:  (reference of good behavior)
1. Open devtools -> console, type "1" in input field, press Enter
2. Press Ctrl+Shift+L

AR:  All items in console are deleted, just as expected
