STR_1:
1. Open customize mode
2. Move all items from customize palette into Australis Menu
3. Press Tab key several times to focus "Choose from thousands of add-ons" link in customize palette
4. Press Tab key

AR:  about:addons opens
ER:  Next element should become focused

This bug is present for many versions now. It's blocking 1116578 simply because now it's stated that
Customize officially supports keyboard and before that bug I didn't even try to test accessibility.
