1. Open preferences, open about:preferences#advanced category
2. Open new tab
3. Restart browser
4. Switch to the tab with preferences

AR:  about:preferences#advanced is opened

 X) Preferences should always remember last category when I open preferences (FINALLY fix bug 1184885)
    That would be consistent with about:addons behavior and would fix logic behind bug 1218263.
 Y) Preferences should not remember last category when I open preferences after a week or so.
    That's exactly what bug 1012368 comment 12 says.
