0. Open devtools -> inspector, close devtools
1. Open url http://forums.somethingawful.com/showthread.php?threadid=1170645%26userid=48835
   then wait until it loads or at least shows some content (it may take several minutes)
  (you may need to enter the captcha to visit that url)
2. Open devtools [inspector tab will be selected]
3. Open devtools -> options, enable "Disable JavaScript"
4. Switch to devtools -> inspector
5. Wait 10 seconds, then stop loading the page (click on stop button in urlbar)
6. Hover mouse over <body> element in markup
7.(bonus) right-click on any link on the page, click "Inspect Element (Q)"

AR:
 Step 5 - inspector shows all content correctly (works fine)
 Step 6 - no highlight
 Step 7 - inspector selects the <a> element from Step 7 in markup (works fine)

 Step 6 - there should be highlight
