Text selection in sidebar goes away if I resize devtools

STR_1:
1. Open data:text/html,<style>body{height:10000px}
2. Open inspector -> ruleview
3. Select text "height: 10000px;" in ruleview
4. Hover mouse over splitter between devtools and web page, drag it to the top a bit
AR: Text selection is canceled
ER: Text selection should stay untouched
Notes: Firefox 28 is affected. Also, when I resize sidebar itself, this bug doesn't happen.
