1327542 - Closed windows in History panel don't show the number of tabs unless hovered

STR_1:
1. Open new window, open several tabs in that window
2. Open this url in a new tab:   data:text/html,<title>Not_too_long_title_20160407000000
3. Close the window
4. Open History panel, look at the last closed window listed there

AR:
 It's not possible to see how many tabs were in that window

ER:
 The number of tabs should be visible at first sight. It shouldn't be wrapped with the title
 itself, because it's not a part of the title. I expect the following or smth more clever:
 "[Favicon] Title... (18)",  "[Favicon] Title... [tab icon] 18",  "[Favicon][badge 18] Title..."
