1. Select some text on the page
2. Press Alt key to open menu bar
3. Press Ctrl+C several times to copy the text

AR:  Step 3 fails, because menu bar stays open and prevents Ctrl+C
ER:  Step 3 - menu bar should close, and text should be copied to clipboard (native Windows behavior)

I have tested this issue on Windows 10 x64 with the latest Firefox release (50.1.0) and the latest Nightly (53.0a1-20170105030229) and managed to reproduce it as described in the description.
