ER: Something better. For example, X or Y
 X) Each dot should be replaced with ".<wbr>" or with "<wbr>." to avoid such cases
 Y) Domain should be clipped in the beginning/middle/end and show tooltip when hovered

Notes:
1) Obviously, more than 1 letter can appear on a new line.
2) <wbr>s can make something worse in case displayed identity is not a domain. So (X) only suggests
to perform the replacement if the string is a domain. (Y) also applies only to domains.

Tested on Windows 7 64bit with FF Nighlty 49 and FF Nightly 53.0a1 and I couldn't reproduce it. (Please see the screenshot attached).

Please try to reproduce it on your end, on the latest nighty to see if this problem persists.

Nope, You don't need to test overflow panel, it is OK now. I only used that attachment, because it's hosted on long domain. You need to click on the doorhanger before text in urlbar and look at the domain name that is broken into 2 lines. (Actually, you should confirm the bug only if you think that moving only 1 letter to new line is a bad decision, but I filed this "UNCONFIRMED" anyway, because Mozilla developers may want to keep current behavior)

So this bug is indeed valid, but I think our possibilities are very limited here. (I actually don't even think it looks that bad)

> Y) Domain should be clipped in the beginning/middle/end and show tooltip when hovered

This is not possible due to security concerns. Cutting URLs is already a big phishing issue e.g. on Android. I don't think the control center should prefer a minor cosmetic upgrade to showing complete identity information.

I'll tag this as P5 for now. If someone feels really annoyed by this and wants to look into a better solution, let me know.
