2. Scroll the page to page 15
3. Focus urlbar, press Enter

AR:
 Step 1 - PDF.js understands that I want to open page 11, and scrolls it into view
 Step 3 - PDF.js doesn't understand that I want to open page 11, and stays on page 15
ER:
 Step 3 - PDF.js should scroll page 11 into view: all normal web pages do that. (maybe use another id)
